If you're registering to buy a pair of shoes, please notes that our nominated courier is Australian Air Express courier. We deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm. To ensure delivery a signature is required; we recommend that you provide a work address or nominate an address that someone can receive the parcel or a PO Box. Please note; If using a work address, please include the business name. If no one is available to sign for the parcel a card will be left to pick-up from your nearest post office. Our courier does not re-deliver, however we are charged a redirection fee, to keep delivery fees low for all our customers we would appreciate it if you could provide an address where someone will be available, even a family member or friend - you can include their name in the delivery address.
